On all extended Tours we request passengers complete a medical form and place it in a sealed envelope if in the unlikely event of a medical emergency pertaining to you, your tour host or coach driver can provide this confidential information direct to medical personnel. All forms are completed voluntarily, are available for collection on the final day of the tour or will be destroyed.

How we protect your information:
The Kings of Newcastle adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information. No personal information is stored on the Site.
Security of your funds during bookings and prior to a tour departing – You can be assured of our financial due diligence, business funds management and security. You can book with us with the certainty your tour money is secure. The Kings of Newcastle use the NAB Transact payment gateway for all electronic payments providing piece of mind that a passengers credit card details are only being used by a reputable financial institution and not held on the Kings of Newcastle website or in our office after the day of processing an order. In addition, all funds are held in our client travel account (Kings Coaches P/L Client travel Account ABN 93086310090) and not accessed until either: (a) a security deposit fare or holding prepayment on your behalf is required by a service provider other than The Kings of Newcastle at any time prior to departure’ such as accommodation, entrance fees, theatre tickets, meals or other inclusions as per the itinerary or (b) the balance due to The Kings of Newcastle as the Tour Operator is paid on or after the day of departure. This Client Account Statement is valid for coach travel, accommodation, tours, entrance fees, meals and other inclusions as per the published itinerary.
